We deal in sarees and luxurious handmade jewellery. Due to the nature of these products, returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted only in limited cases and subject to the conditions mentioned below.
2. Eligibility for Returns

3. Non-Returnable Items

sarees once used, worn, washed, altered, or fall-pico/customized

handmade jewellery that has been used or damaged after delivery

4. Return Request Process

reason for return

clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once we review your request, we will let you know whether the return has been approved and provide the next steps.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved by our team.
If the refund is approved:

the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, wherever applicable

the processing time may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or payment gateway

shipping charges, convenience fees, or other non-refundable charges may not be refunded unless the error was on our side
6. Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered only in eligible cases, subject to stock availability.
We may offer an exchange if:

the approved item is eligible for replacement
If the requested replacement is not available, we may offer a refund or store credit at our discretion.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once the order has been packed, processed, or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

8. Return Shipping
In approved return cases, return shipping responsibility may depend on the reason for return:

9. Color and Handmade Variations
Please note:

handmade jewellery may include minor natural variations in finish or detailing

these variations are part of the character of handmade and visually represented products and may not be treated as defects unless significant
10. Refusal of Return / Refund
